Camille Claudel Retrospective of Camille Claudel’s
Camille Claudel was however better known for her passionate relationship with the sculptor Auguste Rodin than for her work. The Rodin Museum is presenting a retrospective of her work with over 80 marble, terracotta, plaster, onyx and bronze sculptures and drawings. Camille Claudel was Rodin’s lover, student and acolyte. The celebrated sculptor was twenty years her senior. While she made no secret of Rodin’s influence on her work, it would seem that the opposite was also true, to the point that it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between their respective sculptures. The originality and intensity of her sculptures have since won her universal recognition as an artist... This fascinating retrospective of Camille Claudel’s masterpieces draws visitors into the surging creativity of her artistic work.

Patti Smith Land 250 Patti Smith’s artistic production: poetry, drawings, photographs, films, and musics
The Fondation Cartier is hosting a major exhibition of the visual work of artist and performer Patti Smith. Drawn from pieces created between 1967 and 2007. No real rock child isn’t aware of this 70’s New York punk-rock muse. In a career of 30 years, the American star was sucessively a committed poet, an internationally successful artist thanks to the song “Because the Night”, and since then, the must-have of the ideal rock fan... Land 250 is a large personal exhibition dedicated to the multiple aspects of the artist and musician Patti Smith’s artistic production. Along with her works, some of her favorite objects from her archives, are exhibited. A grand a beautiful tribute paid to the recent member of the Cleveland Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame. Don’t miss it!

Celine Dion Live in Bercy
After giving 5 shows per week in Las Vegas and releasing several albums, in 2007, Céline released the album « d’elles », written by 10 great female writers including George Sand, Lise Payette and Françoise Dorin then decided to set out on a world tour. On 12 November, her album « Taking Chances » will be in the shops. Céline Dion will be at Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy for 10 evenings from 19 May 2008 where she will sing her greatest hits as well as songs from her two latest albums. A unique opportunity to see this great Diva again, who has been absent from the French scene for ten years. Céline Dion is a Canadian pop singer. Born to a large, impoverished family in Quebec, Dion became a teen star after her manager René Angélil mortgaged his home to finance her first record. In 1990 she released the anglophone album Unison, establishing herself as a viable pop artist in North America and other English speaking areas of the world.

Radiohead Over 23 million records over their career
Radiohead are an English alternative rock band from Oxfordshire. Radiohead will be appearing in June at the Paris concert hall for two shows which already promise to be a sell-out with an electric atmosphere!... Since this hit, the British group has developed its music with clever experimental touches of electronic music, Krautrock and jazz influences. Now scaling musical heights, Radiohead comes to hit the European scene with their undeniable talent as creative rock stars.
