The new bar of the Napoleon provides a sumptuous yet warm atmosphere in which to relax over lunch or a cocktail. Wall paintings explain its rather unusual name: Napoleon’s soldiers, during the long and grueling military campaigns, stopped to rest in the town of Bivouac. This is how the term “to bivouac” entered the French language.
