Born in 1971 Olivier Legentil passed his cooking degree in Normandy in Mr. Gilles Nicolas' restaurant where he learnt the basis of French Cuisine.

Then he goes to Ingeuvillle sur Mer, on the Alabaster Coast where he discovers a genius Chef who was himself second of Michel Cynerade at Eugènie Les Bains. This is how he was taught Cuisine in a convivial way.

In September 1994 he becomes Chef at Michel Trama restaurant : "Puymirale". He then goes on his own way and stays a whole year in Italy as a Chef in Verone at the "Il Ritrovo" restaurant.

He comes back to Normandy in April 1997 at Mr. Varine's restaurant as a Chef.
Since May 2001, he is Chef at the "Bivouac Café".
